Here's a few tips for those of you attending our CD and
Record Show at the GARDENDALE Civic Center:
Each dealer is independent--there's no checkout like a
grocery store--pay each dealer separately for your purchase.
Bring cash in a range of denominations--no one likes to
break a $100 for a small purchase. Some dealers can take a credit card or
Paypal but cash always gets a better deal. There is an ATM at the
Civic Center.
Bringing in a small amount of records to try to sell to a
dealer is OK and coming in to see if a dealer wants to check out the records
you have in your trunk is also OK. But selling records out of your car to the
public is NOT OK. Our dealers pay for their space.
Food trucks will be available both days.
